The item itself was fine. I did not receive the thank you for all you do message I had requested. What I did receive was Ok. I could not track the package because the person who made this item sent it via the postman, and did not go to the post office and send it UPS, She was condescending and did not own up to her mistakes in shipping but gave me an excuse instead. Stuff happens I get that, but Michele needed to notify me that she could not send the item with a tracking #, VERY disappointed will not be using ETSY ever again
